Rapid Assault Tactics

This crash course will familiarize you with the Navy SEAL combatives system known as Rapid Assault Tactics, the RAT.  This two day training seminar is the same course designed for elite military units, who do not have a great deal of time to gain effective fighting skills.  Developed to deal with these time constrants, the Rapid Assault Tactics Intensive Personal Training Program is perfect for executives and professionals who cannot take time out of their busy schedules for constant martial arts training, but are concerned for their own safety.
