Escape to Gain Safety for Women
Escape to Gain Safety for Women is a special program designed to meet the self-protection needs of American women, teenagers, and girls. Adapted and developed from the Navy SEAL system of Rapid Assault Tactics, ETGS private group training will provide you, your sisters, your girlfriends, and your daughters with the skills and training to be aware, make intelligent decisions, and learn how to disengage from violent encounters in order to escape. Our training programs are specially structured to empower you with the physical skills to protect yourself as well as empower you mentally and spiritually to face your fears and overcome them.
The techniques and tactics of Escape to Gain Safety have been tested in battlefield environments. They work. The curriculum was designed specifically to be learned in a short amount of time. Gain confidence in yourself and in your abilities as you learn to protect yourself using a tried and true program developed by the people who trained America's top military units. We have two training programs available for Escape to Gain Safety
Programs One: The Self-Empowerment Party
Self-Empowerment Parties are a fun, safe, and comfortable way for you to learn the Escape to Gain Safety program. Host an event for yourself, your girlfriends, sisters, daughters, or coworkers in your home, office, church, or other location. The Progessive Fighting - Maryland staff will travel to the location of your choosing to provide you with top level training. We are also willing to host your event at our training facilities within the sanctuary of the Baltimore Zen Center. Self-Empowerment Parties provide four hours of fun and empowering self-protection training in the Escape to Gain Safety survival system.
Number of participants: 1-12
Cost: $200 for 1-6 participants, $300 for 7-12 participants
Program Two: The Assault Proof Party
This is the second level of the Escape to Gain Safety survival program for women. Host an APP at your home, office, or location of your choice, or come to our facility at the Baltimore Zen Center. The Assault Proof Party builds on the skills and training of the Self-Empowerment Party and introduces women to Rapid Assault Tactics, the Navy SEAL combatives system. Transform yourself from potential victim to woman warrior.
